Guacamole Time!

There are times, when you need something to snack on. Well, for me there are many times like that. I love something salty and crunchy. When I started my new diet, it was very difficult to cut my snacks short. I still eat some unhealthy things, but it is much better now. When I turn to something like that, mostly, I do my favorite snack, all time.

This is Guacamole! It is healthy, almost any time of the day, fills you, so you won’t eat too much of it, and comes with crunchy gluten free corn nachos, so you can satisfy most of your needs. It is also only few minutes to prepare, almost like to make a microwaved buttery popcorn.

This is my way to make it, and with the seasoning, you can play around how you prefer.


  • 2 avocado
  • 1/2 big tomato
  • 1/2 big red onion
  • 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt (or sour cream if you don’t want to go dairy free)
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chili flakes


  1. Mash the avocado with a fork. I like to have it with pieces, not completely creamy.
  2. Mash a garlic into it and add lemon, lime juice, salt, pepper, chili flakes and coconut yoghurt.
  3. Chop the tomato and the onion into very small pieces and mix it with the other ingredients.

Whenever you have a movie night or guest over, this is a perfect snack and dip for everyone, who loves something fresh, creamy and delicious. You can eat it with any kind of nachos, or put it into tacos, etc. Your options are a lot.
