šŸ²VEGAN SPICED RED LENTIL SOUPšŸ² Happy Wednesday, lovelies! How is your week going so far? Mine is pretty good, full with sunshine, what I really enjoy! When someone asks me I never can choose a season what I love the most because all of them are so beautiful and unique! I don’t mind the cold (when I dress up well 😜) and also not the warmth. I love everything about every season! What about you? . Today, I’m here with one more photo of my red lentil soup. It’s still a bit cold outside so it can warm your body and soul up. šŸ„—SALMON BUDDHA BOWL WITH QUINOA AND GREEN VEGGIESšŸ„— Happy Monday, lovelies! How are you? Did you have a nice weekend? Mine was very good and yesterday I could relax a lot. 😊🄰 . Today, I’m here with a very nutritious and delicious Buddha bowl. It is packed with iron, omega 3, protein, potassium, selenium, B vitamins, antioxidant and minerals. I could write so much more benefits but there are the main ones. Super healthy and tasty Buddha bowl for lunch or dinner! This is how you can prepare it for yourself (vegans can use tofu on the same way as I did with the salmon). . Ingredients Salmon: 250g salmon (OR tofu) 2 tbsp GF soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 2 grated garlic clove 1 tbsp grated ginger Quinoa: 75g quinoa 250ml water Extra: fresh baby spinach baby asparagus 2 tbsp sunflower seed oil sesame seeds green part of the spring onion . Method 1ļøāƒ£Mix every ingredients of the salmon (except the fish). Cut the salmon into small cubes. Marinate it in the sauce for 15 minutes. 2ļøāƒ£Meanwhile, make the quinoa. Bring the water to boil then add the quinoa. Cook it until the water dissolved. 3ļøāƒ£In a pan, add 1 tbsp oil and cook the salmon in a little oil until it is nice and brown. Take the salmon out. 4ļøāƒ£Add 1 tbsp oil to the same pan. Cook the asparagus until it’s bright green (approx. 5-7 minutes). Sprinkle it with a little sauce. 5ļøāƒ£Grab a bowl and add your cooked ingredients with fresh spinach. Sprinkle it with sesame seeds (I used black and wasabi ones). Chop the green part of the spring onion and top your bowl with it. . It’s quick to make (~30 minutes), super healthy and delish! Today, I’m here with an extremely delicious oatmeal which is really creamy and full with extra chocolate on the top. I’m sure it’s one of the best sweet way to start therapy or just enjoy it as a healthy dessert. You only need few minutes to prepare it! . Ingredients 300 ml rice-coconut milk (my fav is @provamel) 5 tbsp GF rolled oat 1 mashed banana 1/2 tsp cinnamon pinch of salt Topping dark chocolate rocks vegan chocolate sliced banana . Blend every ingredients of the smoothie together until it’s smooth, pour it in a bowl and add your favorite toppings. .
