Split Pea Soup with Carrot

 

It has been a long time, since I have shared any recipes here, on my blog. It had few reasons. One of them, that the editing of the photos wasn’t easy, because my laptop was simply old, and the colors weren’t as good as I wanted them (so basically, I was editing everything on my phone….). I also had a course in the evening, next to that I have a nice full-time job as well, so it was a bit tricky. But now, I have a brand new beautiful and strong laptop. Gluten and Dairy Free Brownies

The most difficult part in my new diet, is that I cannot bake as I used to do. I always used the right flour type, butter (which I think still gives the perfect taste for anything. I seriously miss it), etc. I am struggling with the cooking with gluten free flour options (which doesn’t have too strong taste), but I think I’ll be fine. The main reason is that I just made a perfectly delicious gluten and dairy free brownie!
