It has been a long time, since I have shared any recipes here, on my blog. It had few reasons. One of them, that the editing of the photos wasn’t easy, because my laptop was simply old, and the colors weren’t as good as I wanted them (so basically, I was editing everything on my phone….). I also had a course in the evening, next to that I have a nice full-time job as well, so it was a bit tricky. But now, I have a brand new beautiful and strong laptop. I can prepare everything much easier and come here to share it with all of you!
The most difficult part in my new diet, is that I cannot bake as I used to do. I always used the right flour type, butter (which I think still gives the perfect taste for anything. I seriously miss it), etc. I am struggling with the cooking with gluten free flour options (which doesn’t have too strong taste), but I think I’ll be fine. The main reason is that I just made a perfectly delicious gluten and dairy free brownie!
Now, it really is cold outside. Even minus during the night so we need some warm creamy soup so much. They are easy to make, you need only few kind of veggies, a little time, a blender and it is ready! It cannot be easier and the flavors are pretty comforting.
There are times, when you need something to snack on. Well, for me there are many times like that. I love something salty and crunchy. When I started my new diet, it was very difficult to cut my snacks short. I still eat some unhealthy things, but it is much better now. When I turn to something like that, mostly, I do my favorite snack, all time.
When it is autumn, you can see fresh, seasonal pumpkins everywhere! Any kind, color, form, size, doesn’t matter, if it is edible. I seriously love pumpkin. Squash was always on hour table in my entire life. We always roasted it (even in these days), slowly until it caramelizes and it is so sweet in your mouth. We don’t add anything, just the squash and it is still incredibly tasty.
