I guess we all like a warming and comforting bowl when the weather is cold. However, the spring is just around the corner, so we want something refreshing, colorful and delicious! Now I`m all over it and just would love to eat these kinds of food, but keeping the spiciness. That’s why falafel is such a great meal to make!

Previously, I loved to experiment with different kind of soup. I wanted something warming, comforting but spicy as well. I wanted something which also filling me enough, so it is full with fiber, has some protein and other nutrition value. Sweet potato and lentil are just prefect for this. I wanted to use these two as the main ingredients.
