I think this is one of my all-time favorite oatmeal from this winter time. It is just so festive, snowy and frozen looking, that I just simply adore it. I always like to make my oatmeal bowls pretty, because it is jut better to be eaten like that. I don’t know about you, but this feeds my soul as well.
I have got some pretty ‘old’ photos of this soup, what I wasn’t sharing when I made it, but here I am now! Autumn is quite over as well, but it’s a kind of pumpkin which is great in the wintertime as well. Or at least I can eat it anytime, even after the hype.
Oatmeal? If you ask me, I would say, anytime! You can make it basically anyhow and add any kind of toppings, doesn’t matter what you prefer, you will find your own style. Even savory! Well, that one I haven’t tried yet, so I cannot talk about that. But! The sweet once! They can come whenever I feel like it.
Well, I love pancakes for breakfast. To be honest, any time of the day. With the right combinations, it can be so amazing and delicious! You can combine it basically with anything, and that is awesome. In this recipe, I made it with some blueberry and made my own blueberry yoghurt.
